JKSCERT Releases Revised Date Sheet for Class 8th, Download Here
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) in Jammu and Kashmir has released the revised date sheet for the Middle Standard Examination (Summative Assessment) for Class 8th, slated for the academic session 2023-2024.
This announcement comes as a crucial update for students and educators alike, outlining the schedule for the upcoming examinations.
According to the notification issued by the Joint Director of SCERT on February 22, 2024, the examination dates are categorized into two zones: I-Soft Zone Areas and II-Hard Zone Areas.

In the I-Soft Zone Areas, examinations will take place on March 5, 2024 (Tuesday), March 13, 2024 (Wednesday), March 22, 2024 (Friday), March 24, 2024 (Sunday), March 26, 2024 (Tuesday), and April 2, 2024 (Tuesday).
For students in the II-Hard Zone Areas, the examination dates are scheduled for March 26, 2024 (Tuesday), March 29, 2024 (Friday), April 2, 2024 (Tuesday), April 4, 2024 (Thursday), April 7, 2024 (Sunday), and April 10, 2024 (Wednesday).
These dates, along with their corresponding days of the week, have been carefully outlined to facilitate effective planning and preparation for both students and educational institutions.
It is imperative for students to adhere strictly to all instructions provided by the examination authorities. The notification emphasizes the importance of carrying admit cards on all examination days for verification purposes.
Additionally, examination centers have been previously notified, and students are expected to take their examinations at these designated venues.
